The Landing MX Park is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

Accessibility Features

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements are fully accessible via keyboard. Use Tab to navigate, Enter or Space to activate, and Escape to close dialogs.

Visual Accessibility

High contrast color ratios throughout the site. Text sizes are relative and can be scaled with browser zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality.

Screen Reader Support

Semantic HTML5 landmarks, descriptive alt text on all images, ARIA labels on interactive controls, and live regions for dynamic content.

Responsive Design

The site adapts to all screen sizes and orientations. Content can be viewed on mobile, tablet, and desktop without horizontal scrolling.

  • Proper heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) throughout all pages
  • All images include descriptive alt text; decorative images use empty alt=""

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas currently under improvement:

  • Embedded Google Maps iframe may have limited keyboard accessibility — we provide a text address and directions link as an alternative.
  • Background video in the hero section is decorative and muted by default; captions are not applicable to this purely visual content.
  • PDF waivers are provided for download — please contact us if you need an accessible version.
